The Texas Chapter of ASET is excited to announce our inaugural Annual Education Event will be held April 24th 2026 at the Texas Children’s Duncan Neurological Research Institute. We would greatly appreciate your company’s participation in our event as a product or supply vendor. Texas Children’s Duncan NRI is located in the Texas Medical center which is the largest medical complex in the world encompassing 54 member institutions, including 21 hospitals, 8 academic and research institutions, 4 medical schools, 3 nursing schools, as well as countless satellite facilities, clinics and NDT programs in the surrounding area. We are expecting 50-70 neurodiagnostic professionals, students, and physicians to be in attendance.
Our Vendor sponsorship options include:
Platinum Sponsorship (maximum of 2 vendors) $1000
This option includes one 5’ table with electrical access in a prime section of the vendor hall as well as the opportunity to speak or demonstrate during either the breakfast or lunch times about your products, services, or equipment. This option includes one 5’ table with electrical access in our vendor hall. This also includes access to our lecture series for one, or you can elect for a lecture series scholarship to be awarded in your company’s name.
Silver Sponsorship $500
This option includes one 5’ table in our vendor hall. This also includes access to our lecture series for one.
In addition, each sponsorship level includes one slide to be included in our slide reel that will be playing on multiple displays throughout the vendor hall, eating areas, and breakout rooms and your company’s logo will be displayed on our presentation screen between lectures. Additional tables and scholarship opportunities are available if desired.
